During the early years of the company’s growth we covered Industrial, commercial, maintenance and build projects, providing a dedicated and complete service across our customer base.

Rothwell's are recognised as a highly renowned and reputable contractor within the industry. Over the past years Rothwell's, as a company has achieved major industry accreditations and recently become a Principal Contractor Licence holder for Network Rail. This has led to the award of several frame works to date, along with working on a sub-contract basis to a number of Main Frame Contract companies.

A dedicated team member with over 15 years’ experience within various accounts departments. Organised and able to manage both mine and my colleague’s time, prioritising and delegating workloads to enable timescales to be met. An effective communicator with the ability and experience to deal with all aspects of PC Compliance, Finance and Office Management Systems and Procedures.

DEBBIE LINDLEY

CONTRACTOR COMPLIANCE MANAGER

A dedicated, reliable, hardworking and honest team member working within Rothwell's Office & Contractor Compliance Department ensuring all systems and contractor compliance is up to date. Extremely organised, works both independently within Rothwell's busy environment, and also enjoys working as part of our team. With the ability to adapt to workloads and to listen effectively when solving problems and prioritises workloads ensuring timescales are met.

New to the team a reliable and hardworking member with more than 20 years extensive experience within Human Resources and the Learning & Development fields. An outgoing individual, always acting in a sensitive and diplomatic manner with a very flexible, adaptable manner. Works well with staff at all levels and known for maintaining a helpful and cheerful disposition, even when under pressure.

 

CAYLEE WHITTAKER

OFFICE AND PC COMPLIANCE MANAGER

A dedicated reliable and hardworking team member with over 14 years’ extensive experience within Rothwell's office & finance department. Organised and able prioritise work and delegate workloads to enable timescales to be met. An effective communicator who is adaptable and has the ability and experience to deal with all aspects of of office systems and accounts including office management of policies, procedures and standards.

 

STEVE WARCUP

SAFE WORK PLANNER/CONTRACTS MANAGER 

A proven dedicated member of the team for more than 8 years providing his extensive knowledge and experience as Contracts Manager within the Rail and Construction industry. Hard working, conscientious person with a flexible attitude ensuring contracts/tender deadlines are met.

As one of our safe work planners, he is responsible for planning the Safe System of Work in accordance with the priorities identified.
