Rothwell Group Ltd is delighted to announce the successful completion of the floodlight upgrade project at Associated British Ports (ABP) Goole Shed 24.
Scope of Works:
- Rewiring of external floodlighting circuits to ensure reliable performance.
- Replacement of existing sign floodlights and tidy-up of external wiring arrangements.
- Installation of new Schneider distribution board (DB) with surge protection and lighting control enclosure.
- Upgrade of roller door supplies and integration of a dedicated DB for ABP circuits to enable sub-metering.
- Replacement of high-level lighting with energy-efficient LED High Bay luminaires, including emergency packs for compliance and safety.
- Installation of IP65 emergency bulkhead fittings at pedestrian doors.
- Full testing and commissioning in line with BS5839 standards, ensuring compliance and optimal performance.
Project Highlights:
- Delivered improved lighting levels to 100 Lux for enhanced visibility and operational safety.
- Implemented robust containment and cabling solutions for durability and ease of maintenance.
